Than Sadet is a protected valley on the east coast, where a river runs down through the jungle to a small beach. The waterfall upstream carries royal inscriptions and is one of the island's landmarks.
Very little is built here and much of the land sits inside the national park, so expect green, quiet and few neighbours.
